- 2 cans chopped clams & juice (save)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 diced med. onion
- 1 diced clove garlic
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 stick butter
- Dash Tabasco
- Dash paprika
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

- PART #1: Simmer clams and juices and lemon juice for 10 min.PART #2: Simmer butter till soft. Add in onion, garlic, pepper, Tabasco, paprika and simmer 5 min. Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Place in Pyrex, top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Heat 20 min at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers or possibly cocktail bread slices.
