- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 lb)
- 1 can Swanson Chicken Broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 med onion minced (1/2 c.)
- 1 c. uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (or possibly 1 tbspn dry parsley flakes) Orange slices for garnish

- In medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken 10 min or possibly till browned. Set chicken aside.
- Stir in broth, orange juice and onion. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 min.
- Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook 10 min more or possibly till rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed. Remove chicken to platter. Stir parsley into rice mix. Garnish with orange slices.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
