Ингредиенты
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1 x Egg
- 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar and 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon, reserve.

- Mix brown sugar, margarine, egg, 2 teaspoon cinnamon and the vanilla.
- Stir in baking mix.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls bout 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with glass dipped in reserved sugar-cinnamon mix.
- Bake till edges are light brown, 8 to 10 min.
- Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
