Ingredients: 16 ounce fat-free cream cheese -- softened; 1 x (4 ounce.) pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding; 2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr; 1 c. cool coffee; 1 x chocolate-flavored pie crust; 3/4 c. Cold Whip Lite(r) -- thawed; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa Sugar substitute to equal 2 teaspoon sugar; 1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips

Ингредиенты

16 ounce fat-free cream cheese -- softened
1 x (4 ounce.) pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding
2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
1 c. cool coffee
1 x chocolate-flavored pie crust
3/4 c. Cold Whip Lite(r) -- thawed
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa Sugar substitute to equal 2 teaspoon sugar
1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips

Инструкции

In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft. Add in dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr and coffee. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Spread mix proportionately into piecrust. Chill for about 15 min. In a small bowl, combine Cold Whip, vanilla, cocoa and sugar substitute. Spread mix proportionately over cheesecake filling. Sprinkle mini chips proportionately over top. Chill till ready to serve.
