- 1 c. buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T oil
- 1 egg
- Whipped cream, sweetened
- 10 ounce pkg. frzn strawberries with syrup, thawed

- Heat waffle iron. Put together pancake mix and cocoa. Add in lowfat milk and egg, stir till thoroughly moistened. Bake in waffle iron till steaming stops. Top with whipped cream, spoon strawberries over whipped cream.
