- 6 Tbsp. Cocoa Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
- 6 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Инструкции
- Heat first three ingredients in small pan, then set aside to cold. Mix rest, then add in chocolate mix. Drop by teaspoonful on each square of a waffle iron and cook for one minute. When cold drizzle with melted frosting. I use BC chocolate frosting but a cocoa/powdered sugar/lowfat milk frosting would work well also.
