- 4 ounce semisweet chocolate
- 4 ounce lowfat milk chocolate
- 1 tsp oil ( vegetable is fine)
- 2 c. cocktail peanuts ( remove some of the sat by shaking nuts in strainer)
Инструкции
- Line baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Heat chocolates and oil in top of double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring frequently, till smooth.
- Add in peanuts and mix till coated.
- Drop by small Tbsp. onto waxed paper.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator till hard.
- Serve directly from refrigerator.
