- 12 x Chocolate snap cookies, crushed
- 3 x Egg whites
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts Whipped topping
Инструкции
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Gradually add in sugar, baking pwdr & vanilla.
- Mix in cookie crumbs & minced nuts. Grease a large pie pan & spread the mix in proportionately. Bake at 300 for 30 min or possibly till done. Cold. Serve with a whipped cream topping.
