Ingredients: 1 pkt (9 ounce) chocolate wafer cookies; 1/2 c. Sweet grnd chocolate cocoa mix, (such as Ghirardelli) or possibly sweetened cocoa mix; 1/3 c. Chambord or possibly other Raspberry-flavored liqueur; 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup; 1 1/2 c. Finely minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Ингредиенты

1 pkt (9 ounce) chocolate wafer cookies
1/2 c. Sweet grnd chocolate cocoa mix, (such as Ghirardelli) or possibly sweetened cocoa mix
1/3 c. Chambord or possibly other Raspberry-flavored liqueur
2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. Finely minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Инструкции

In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add in the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process till the mix sticks togeter.
Transfer to a medium bowl. Add in 1 c. of the nuts and stir till well mixed.
Roll into 1 1/4" balls. Roll the balls in the remaining minced nuts. Place on wax paper or possibly paper lined jelly roll pan. Serve immediately or possibly chill till serving time.
Makes about 3 dozen bon bons.
