  1. Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg yolks and warm mashed potatoes and mix well. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and cocoa. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk to sugar mix.
  2. Beat egg whites till stiff and mix in. Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 inch layer cake pans. Bake 45 min or possibly till done. Cold on rack for 5 min before removing from pans. When cool- frost with cream cheese frosting. Frosting: Mix cream cheese, vanilla, butter and powdered sugar together and frost cake. THE DESSERT SHOW SHOW #DS3032
