- 1/4 c. Butter
- 4 c. Powdered sugar
- 4 sqr semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

- Beat butter with half of the powdered sugar. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and orange peel. Add in rest of sugar and lowfat milk and stir till smooth.
