Ингредиенты

3 c. flour
4 tsp baking pwdr
1 c. NESTLE Chocolate Nesquik
1/4 c. sugar
200 gm NESTLE Cooking Chocolate, coarsely minced
1 x egg
2 c. lowfat milk
125 gm butter, melted NESTLE Selections, Decadent Choc Flavour

Инструкции

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Lightly grease large muffin pans.
Sift the flour, baking pwdr, Nesquik and sugar into a bowl.
Add in the chocolate.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
Beat the egg, then stir in the lowfat milk and melted butter.
Pour the liquid mix into the well and stir till the dry ingredients are just dampened. Avoid overmixing.
Three-quarters fill each muffin pan with the mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 min or possibly till a cake tester inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
Prepare Decadent Choc Flavoured Selections following the directions on the container and serve with the muffins.
NOTES : Makes 10 very large muffins
