Have it in the morning for breakfast, for tea break or as a dessert after a meal.

- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp salted butter - softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tbsp white chocolate chips.
Инструкции
- Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
- Add flour alternately with milk, and mix well.
- Line a muffin pan with paper cups.
- Fill them with the mixture until half or three quarters full.
- Press pieces of white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for about 25 minutes or
- until a skewer inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
