Chocolate Muffin (With White Chocolate Topping)

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp salted butter - softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp white chocolate chips.

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
  4. Add flour alternately with milk, and mix well.
  5. Line a muffin pan with paper cups.
  6. Fill them with the mixture until half or three quarters full.
  7. Press pieces of white chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for about 25 minutes or
  9. until a skewer inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
