- 2 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Инструкции
- Mix shortening and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Cold 10 min. Add in remaining ingredients.
- Drop from tsp. onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
- Remove and frost. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
