- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Bakers semi sweet chocolate
- 4 ounce. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce. Cold Whip, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Finely minced nuts
- Coconut
- Grated semi sweet chocolate

- Heat chocolate in large microwaveable bowl at High 2 min. Stir till completely melted or possibly heat in heavy saucepan over very low heat. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla; cold to room temperature. Gently stir in whipped topping; chill 1 hour.
- Shape quickly into 1" balls. Roll in nuts, coconut or possibly chocolate. Store, covered in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen.
