Ингредиенты
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 6 ounce. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar (if you like)
- 1/2 c. minced almonds (if you like)
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin c. with paper liners. In small bowl mix cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar and egg; mix well, add in chocolate chips and set aside.
- In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat 2 min at medium speed. Fill prepared muffin c. half full. Top with tablespoonful of cream cheese mix. Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar and almonds; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
