- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (14 ounce)
- 3 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. Shredded coconut
- 1 c. Pecan pcs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x d Salt

- Almost a candy, these are chewy, not too sweet but very chocolaty.
- Preheat the oven to 300F. Grease cookie sheets very well.
- Heat the sweetened condensed lowfat milk and the chocolate together in a small pot over simmering water till the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut, pecans, vanilla and salt.
- Arrange by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheets and bake for about 15 min, taking care which the bottoms don't burn.
- Makes 40.
