- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced raisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. Nestles chocolate mint chips
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. semi sweet chips or possibly pcs
- 2 T butter
- 1 T light corn syrup

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl or possibly food processor. Blend 1/2 minute at low speed beat 2 min at high speed pour into pan and bake for 35 to 40 min. Done when toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix together in medium saucepan and heat over low flame mixing constantly till melted. Cool slightly then spread over top of chocolate chip mint cake.
