- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Инструкции
- Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt and set aside. Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat Large eggs and add in to cream mix. Alternately add in mashed bananas and flour mix. Add in vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
