Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 4 Tbsp. Cocoa; 1/4 lb Butter (or possibly margarine); 2 tsp Light corn syrup; 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk, small; 1 tsp -Water

Ингредиенты

2 c. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/4 lb Butter (or possibly margarine)
2 tsp Light corn syrup
1 can Evaporated lowfat milk, small
1 tsp -Water

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients and stir over low heat.
Cook to soft ball stage when dropped in cool water.
Beat by hand till mix loses gloss. Minced nuts can be added.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Cut into pcs. Cold.
Good fudge! This was a recipe from the Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang story book read by my son, Curtis Burton, while in grade school and has been a family favorite since 1970.
