- 1/2 tsp Adobo sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or possibly to taste
- 1 c. Mayonnaise

- Mince chipotle chili to a paste with 1/2 tsp. of adobo sauce. In a bowl stir all ingredients together till combined well. Sauce may be made 1 week ahead and chilled, covered.
