1 x Canned chipotle chili in adobo sauce*
1/2 tsp Adobo sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or possibly to taste
1 c. Mayonnaise

Available in specialty shops and mail order from Mo Hotto-Mo Betta
Mince chipotle chili to a paste with 1/2 tsp. of adobo sauce. In a bowl stir all ingredients together till combined well. Sauce may be made 1 week ahead and chilled, covered.
