- Serve 4
- 8 x scallops, prepared Oil for frying
- 2 1/2 x cm/1 inch Fresh Ginger, finely minced
- 6 x Spring Onions, finely sliced on the diagonal Half a Cucumber, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil Salt & Pepper
- 2 x level tsp Plain Flour
Инструкции
- 1. Slice the scallops and fry in the oil for 5-6 min till tender then remove from pan.
- 2. Fry the ginger, spring onions and cucumber for 2 min then add in the scallops. Sprinkle over the flour then add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir fry till thoroughly mixed and divide between 4 scallop shells or possibly small dishes.
- Serve immediately as a starter.
