Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten; 1 can (16oz) cream style corn; 1 can (4oz) minced green chilies, liquid removed; 1/2 c. Mayonnaise; 1/4 c. Diced onion; 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 c. Buttermilk; 3 c. Self-rising cornmeal mix

Ингредиенты

3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16oz) cream style corn
1 can (4oz) minced green chilies, liquid removed
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Diced onion
2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Buttermilk
3 c. Self-rising cornmeal mix

Инструкции

Combine Large eggs, corn, chilies, mayo, onion, cheese, and buttermilk in a large bowl; stir to blend. Add in cornmeal mix; stirring just till moistened. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 to 45 min or possibly till golden brown.
Serves 12.
