Ингредиенты

4 c. Butter, divided
1 lb Apple, tart, peeled, cored,
1 c. Cashews, coarsely minced
1 tsp Sugar
3 c. Hard cider
1 x Chicken, cut up

Инструкции

Saut# chicken lightly in 1/2 c. of the butter. Place apples in a buttered shallow baking dish; top with chicken and sprinkle with nuts and sugar. Add in cider; dot with remaining butter. Cover. Bake in preheated moderate oven
(375 F.) till tender, about 45 min.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
