- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 6 slices fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 chicken, cut into pcs
- Equal parts sugar and soy sauce
Инструкции
- For marinade, mix soy sauce, white wine, garlic, ginger and sugar. Pour over chicken. Marinate 2 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in refrigerator. Remove from the marinade. Chicken may be baked for 45 min at 325 degrees or possibly barbecued. Baste with basting sauce for the last 15 min. Serve with rice.
