- 1 chicken, cleaned and cut up
- 2 cloves garlic, minced up
- 1 onion, minced up
- 1 pkg. frzn stewing vegetables
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
Инструкции
- Place chicken in a large pot with water filling about 3/4 the pot. Add in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, garlic and onion. Cook till chicken is done. Then add in frzn stewing vegetables till tender.
- When the chicken and vegetables are finished cooking, mix 2 c. of Bisquick and 2/3 of lowfat milk in a separate bowl. Spoon dumplings out over stew let it cook for 10 min with lid on, then cook for 10 min with lid off. When finished shut off and let it stand for 5-10 min.
