- 3/4 c. wild rice - raw
- 1/2 c. white rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can beef consomme
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken or possibly 4 breasts
- 1 (2 3/4 ounce.) box onion soup mix (2 pkgs.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
Инструкции
- Put two kinds of rice in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour concentrate over rice, stir and distribute proportionately. Shake chicken pcs in dry onion soup mix and place on top of rice mix. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 2 c. of water and pour over chicken and rice. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees, cover and bake 1/2 hour more at 325 degrees. Add in a little more water if it appears to be dry. Serves 4 to 6.
