Рецепт Chicken N Stuffing With Mushroom Sauce
A long-forgotten favorite remembered! This recipe was a 70's Go-To recipe that is quick and delicious & made in one baking dish. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples. I can't believe I haven't made this in years, but now that I found it again...it will be a regular on my kitchen table. You can use mayonnaise or sour cream. I purchase a six-pack of small white & red wines to use in recipes. They are the perfect amount without any waste. Enjoy!

- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and medium thickness
- 1 cup of StoveTop stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of sour cream or mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- cheese, your favorite, shredded
- pats of butter
Инструкции
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Layer chicken In a 9X13 inch baking dish
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream or mayo. and white wine
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts
- Crush stuffing and layer on top
- Cover stuffing with your favorite cheese
- Pats of butter goes on top
- Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
