Рецепт Brats, Cauliflower & Bow Ties
A one pot tasty delight! Meat, Veggie & Pasta...just add a salad and it's time to enjoy.
Ингредиенты
- 1 (1 1/4 lb) package of Johnsonville Brats (Bratwurst), cut into pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- a shake of red pepper flakes
- salt
- olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Gravy Master for color (optional)
- 1 box of bow tie pasta (farfalle)
Инструкции
- Prepare pasta according to directions. Drain
- In a large skillet, brown pieces of Brats until almost cooked through
- Remove and put into a bowl
- Put cauliflower in skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder
- Add 1/2 cup of broth
- Cook 5 minutes
- Add onion
- Cook 10 minutes until cauliflower begins to soften
- Add bratwurst back into skillet along with remaining broth and parsley
- Cover and simmer until cauliflower is cooked through
- Ladle pasta into skillet
- Add Gravy Master for color and red pepper flakes
- Mix well
