  1. Saute/fry chicken in butter for 10 min on each side till golden brown. Add in liquid removed mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Cook covered over low heat till tender (about 20 min). Prepare rice with butter as per directions on box. Remove chicken from skillet and keep hot. Toss rice with pan juices and mushrooms. Place rice mix in dish and put chicken on top and serve.
