- 1 pkt (16 ounce.) fettuccine
- 1 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 can (5 ounce. ea.) chunk white chicken, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/3 c. Grated parmesan cheese
Инструкции
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute/fry mushrooms and garlic in butter for 2-3 min. Add in chicken and lowfat milk; cook for 5-7 min or possibly till heated through. Drain fettuccine; add in to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat.
- Yield: 6 servings
