- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. white wine or possibly sherry
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat butter, add in onions and saute till tender. Add in mushrooms, saute 2 min. In a bowl put together wine or possibly sherry, soup, lowfat sour cream and salt and pepper, mixing well. Add in mushrooms and onions. Place chicken in baking dish; add in mix on top. Bake, covered, 30 min in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake till chicken is tender about 30 min. Serve with steamed rice. 4-6 servings.
