- 1 lb Chicken breast, boned-cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 x Green pepper -- seeded-cut into bite-sized strips
- 2 x Apples -- diced
- 3 x Celery stalks
- 8 ounce Water chestnuts
- 1 c. Plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1/4 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cloves Oil, for stir-frying.

- Heat the oil in the wok/skillet and add in the chicken. Stir-fry till cooked (about 3-5 min, it may be easier if you do it in halves). Add green pepper and celery, stir-fry for another few min. Add in apples and heat till they are hot. Stir in the yogurt and the spices. Heat till everything is warm, serve over rice with more apples, bananas, raisins, peanuts, grapes, chutney, sesame seeds or possibly whatever else strikes your fancy. This is a fairly mild, sweet curry.
