• 1 x or possibly 2 cooked, boneless chicken breast
• 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
• 1/2 lb fresh asparagus trimmed with middle of spears minced Spread over cream cheese on crust.
• 6 x Large eggs
• 2 1/2 c. half & half
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 3 ounce shredded Havarti
