- 2 x oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/3 tsp poppy seeds
