- 2 c. Chicken breast, sliced thin
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Thin soy
- 2 Tbsp. Fermented Black Beans
- 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced with
- 1 slc Ginger root, x
- 4 c. Asparagus, fresh Sliced in 1" diagonals
- 1 c. Chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. Black soy
- 2 tsp Cornstarch, dissolved in
- 1 Tbsp. -cool water
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Thin soy
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Инструкции
- Marinate chicken.
- Mash blackbeans with garlic and 1/2 tsp. oil. Heat wok. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in blackbean mix and asparagus. Stir well. Add in half the chicken broth and stir fry about 5 min. Set aside.
- Heat wok. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in garlic and ginger, then chicken. Stir till chicken is white. Add in black soy, remaining chicken broth, and aspatagus mix. Stir till thick.
