Рецепт Chicken Alfredo Cupcakes
I love the lasagna cupcake recipe I found on line, so I adapted it with other ingredients. (spaghetti sauce and ground beef substitutes) These are great to freeze and heat quickly later. Good portion control.
With less sauce or in mini muffin tins, they can be eaten as finger food! We plan to try this with pizza sauce and pepperoni!

- Alfredo sauce (jar or homemade)
- Canned chicken
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Wonton (egg roll) wrappers
- Spray oil
Инструкции
- Spray muffin tins with oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut wrappers into circles with cookie cutters(large and small)
- Line tin with one large wrapper, then layer about 1 teaspoon of chicken, each cheese, and sauce, a small wrapper and more filling, finishing with a small wrapper and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake about 15 minutes until bubbly. Cool to lift from tin easier.
