- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 12 ounce Lean grnd beef
- 3/4 c. Spicy spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. Corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 x ( 10 inch) prebaked pizza crust
- 1/2 c. Minced green onions
- 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook beef, breaking up with back of spoon, for 4 to 5 min or possibly till no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, corn, salt and pepper.
- Place pizza crust on perforated pizza pan or possibly baking sheet; spread sauce over crust. Sprinkle with onions; scatter cheese over top.
- Bake in 400 F oven for 20 to 25 min or possibly till cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Makes 4 servings.
