Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix; 1/3 c. Very warm water; 1 lb Grnd beef; 1 can ( 15 1/2oz) original sloppy joe sauce; 1 c. Shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, (4 ounce); 2 x Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced; 1 med Green onion, sliced, (2 Tbsp)

1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. Very warm water
1 lb Grnd beef
1 can ( 15 1/2oz) original sloppy joe sauce
1 c. Shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, (4 ounce)
2 x Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 med Green onion, sliced, (2 Tbsp)

Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450 . Grease cookie sheet or possibly 12-inch pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water till soft dough forms.
Press dough into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet or possibly press in pizza pan, using fingers dipped in baking mix; healthy pinch edge to create 1/2-inch rim. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till brown; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Spoon beef mix over dough.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12-15 min or possibly till crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. top with tomatoes and green onion. 8 servings
