2 x 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
3 x Large eggs
1/2 c. Sugar
24 x Vanilla wafers
1 can Cherry pie filling

Инструкции

Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, Large eggs, and sugar. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer, round side up, in each paper-lined c.. Fill each c. 2/3 full with cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 for 15 min, remove from oven and cold. Spoon filling on top of cheesecakes when fully cooled.
