- Pie Crust
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine into chunks
- 1 c. Matzo meal Cheese Cake
- 1 lb Cream cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla- or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Orange juice Topping
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- Pie crust: Combine all ingredients in processor bowl and process till well blended.
- Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate. Don't bake.
- Cheese cake: Process cheese with Large eggs, sugar and vanilla for 30 sec. Spread cheese mix over crust. Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 minutes. or possibly till set. Cold.
- Topping: Combine all ingredients and process. Spread over cake and return to oven for five minutes. Cold and chill.
