- 1 (16 ounce) loaf frzn bread dough, thawed
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese, cut into 32 (1/2 ounce) cubes (Colby cheese may also be used)
- 2 T butter, melted

- Cut bread dough into 32 equal pcs. Place 1 cheese cube in center of each dough piece, shaping dough into a ball around cheese. Pinch dough to seal. Dip dough balls into butter. Layer dough balls, seam side up in a greased bundt pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees) free from drafts, 30 to 40 min or possibly till doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden. Invert onto serving platter. Serve warm.
