Ингредиенты

2 cups strained cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of milk
graham cracker pie crust
cinnamon

Инструкции

Separate eggs. Add yolks(beaten), cheese. flour, salt, vanilla and sugar. Add in powered sugar. Mix and fill graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake mode oven (300 degrees), until set.
Cool and serve.
