Add a photoI love this recipe, cause it is so easy, but it tastes just like homemade. I have made it on several occassions, and no one was the wiser..

- 1 Yellow cake mix (any kind)
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- '1 tsp vanilla

- Blend all the ingredients in a mixer and let it blend well, about 5 minutes. Pour into a parchment lined glass cake dish, I use 2 rounds. Make sure and spray the pans before you place parchment paper on bottom, (cut to fit).
- Bake at 350, for 35 minutes, insert clean knife to check doneness, if it comes out clean, allow the cake to cool in the pan and frost with chocolate frosting,
