- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 dsh Red pepper
- 1/2 x Juice of 1 lemon
- 8 Tbsp. Tomato catsup
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 lb Shrimp, cooked

- Cream butter and flour. Add in lowfat milk and make a thick cream sauce. Add in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in cooked shrimp and heat till very warm. Serve with rice.
