- 4 c. Broccoli flowerets, (1 1/2 lbs.)
- 6 c. Cauliflower flowerets, (2-2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 pkt (10 Ounce.) frzn peas, thawed and liquid removed
- 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 1 can (8 Ounce.) sliced water chestnuts liquid removed
- 1 jar (2 Ounce.) pimento, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 x Sour, (8 ounce.) cream
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Sugar

- Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. In small bowl blend mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and sugar. Fold into vegetables.
- Chill, covered, several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Yield: 22 (1/2 c.)
