- 2 c. Cooked mashed sweet potatoes (up to 3)
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (up to 1)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Self rising flour
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Brown sugar
Инструкции
- Combine above ingredients till well blended, pour into greased baking dish. You might want to run the sweet potatoes through the blender or possibly food processor.
- Top with: Mix above till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole and bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
