- Celebrate your cat's birthday or possibly other special occasion not by baking a cake, but by making these tasty cookies. Your cat will clamor for more!
- 1 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp organic catnip Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flours, liquid and dry lowfat milk, egg, wheat germ, molasses, margarine and catnip.
- Lightly flour a rolling pin. Roll out the batter on a greased cookie sheet.
- Cut into 1/2 inch pcs. Bake 20 to 22 min.
- Allow to cold before serving. Store the leftovers in an airtight container in a cold place.
